Bought a spraying machine for painting the fence which broke after using if for 2-3 minutes only! The pump had broken! Had to drive all the way in to stirling to get it replaces and once we were there the manger who according to the sign had worked with them for 29 year started interrogating us and questioning the fault, and accusing us to have used it wrong until we shows her the instructions manual.. Then she said that we should try to clean it because it may be blocked which it certainly wasn't after using it for 2 min! Finally we got a new one and we also wanted to buy a brush for painting fence and since we had to pay the fuel to return the faulty spray machine, I asked if we could have the fence brush which costed £6.00 for free as it was not our fault their product was faulty and we live quite far away from stirling.. The answer to that was NO From the same manager but she did tell us she would get us an expense form to fill out to get our petrol money back! So she went away to get this form and was gone for about five minute without coming back so we left without any petrol as well! No customer service at all from that specific manager! Terrable way of dealing with us by questioning the way we used the product, no compensation given for the extra journey in to the shop and back and most importantly, we didn't even get an apology! Appalling!!
