I was over at B&Q in Slough yesterday morning to get parts for our central heating from a list my fella gave me. Now looking at that sort of list is really like me trying to read a foreign language and I was looking forward to the usual argument when I got home about me getting all the wrong bits. But this time I managed to get some help (and what help it was!). Chris (I think that was his name, but sorry if I got that wrong) managed to help me get everything on the list - and perhaps more impressively, read bits of the handwriting I would never be able to make out. Anyway, if Chris is a reflection of the rest of the team there I couldn't recommend it enough! One Happy Shopper!
