I purchased wallpaper paste along with other items for doing my baby's nursery ( due in 9 weeks).
The dye from the packet has transferred onto the changing table/chest of drawers totally ruining it, it's part of a set (wardrobe and cot match).
After ringing customer services I was offered a £10 gift card, I explained the set cost me over £1500.00 but was told I was not entitled to compensation as it was purchased through trade point. I feel this is a total rip off the product was there own brand but because my husband has a trade account and gives them a lot of buisness we are treated like this..... NEVER AGAIN !!!!
