BEWARE ,did you know if you bye an item which is faulty or a part missing you can only return to the store which you originally purchased this item ,as i found out the hard way, i purchased an item on the way home from a store that was about 25 miles from home , where i was working,in opening i found a part was missing which is no fault of mine but im expected to travel back to store when i have one half the distance away, but no ,has to go back to original store where i purchase the item,which i was told its to do with store coding.
Well B&Q i think you need to advertised this alot more, not even on your receipt is there any mention of this policy ,
Big let down, terrible policy and probably the quickest way to loose customers....
