going to my local store is usually not too bad an experience but good thing i have some diy know how - but ordered fitted bedroom for direct delivery and have been in contact with the contact number - have had 3 failed deliveries and after intervention from the 'depot manager' receiving a delivery a day late then i was told and a delivery turning up unexpectingly today of the same items that already been delivered! I am expecting another delivery tomorrow and after checking have been told the delivery that i have received today was meant to be with me in two days time - its so ridicuolos a company as big as b and q and they cannot get the fundamental basics right - when you call the main number regarding delivery they are very helpful but sounds like they have a very hit and miss computer system that seems to change delivery/stock status as we are having a conversation - Luckily this will be my last large purchase from b and q
