I fit products by many companies, from 100,000£ Roundhouse kitchens, to Howdens ...

Ive just fitted 3 "cooke & lewis" bathroom suites in a house.

I swore more than gordon ramsay!

TRULY, TRULY appalling gear. Broken, bits missing (but cant get replacements off the shelf in store), flimsy, badly made, badly designed.

I loathe the store anyway, but that doesn't influence my judgement on their gear. But working with it does.

NEVER buy from these stores, it's utter KAK.

Just read tradesman survey could not agree more plus the fact they know its rubbish and they offer a poor customer service to try and cover up. My client had purchased the kitchen a option i hate as the designers, at such places just want to sell and have no technical know how. When it all goes wrong customer services can not speak to me as it would breach data protection. You then need to email the c.e.o. They need to wise up and not sell kitchen. Will not spend money with Kingfisher group until they apologise. regards andy smyth
