TERRIBLE, awfull unacceptable customer service

On the 9th of April, I’ve decided to rent a car to buy the table I wanted, I went to this shop in OLD Kent Road first which is next to where I live, and the staff told me that they aren't doing furniture anymore, so I went in Leytonstone store (1hour away from my place), I bought the Stockholm/dining set.

I really love the product but surprise they were only 2 chairs in the boxes.

So I decided to rent a car on the following Wednesday 20th April to collect my 2 missing chairs. I spoke with the store manager directly and he apologized because my chairs missing wasn’t there ,he said maybe someone stole it! “So what I will do is I will order your 2 chairs and you could come and pick them up in 7 days’ time! Just leave your name and number and I’ll give you a call “

So I want to make that clear I’m 5 months pregnant, I’ve rented cars 2 times at the cost of 50 pounds each and when I asked this manager about a compensation he said there is no compensation possible, you need to come back for a third time and collect your 2 chairs by yourself, fine I just accepted it as I needed my chairs.

On the 28th of April I didn’t get any news from the shop so I decided to call, the manager wasn’t there apparently in holiday. I ‘ve spoken with Rash the person who was in charge by that time and he asked me to call back in 20 min, the time for him to check; 20 min later I called literally 10 times without a single answer.

On the 29th I’ve tried again and finally got Rash on the phone who told me there is no chairs for me from the stock office as you are not selling it anymore . ( the table is still available on the website)
So still trying to be patient and tolerant, so I asked Rash for the solution , he gave me 2 :
1) take the table with the 2 chairs I had already set up in my place to the shop again to get a full refund.
2) Or Take another 2 chairs in different model !!!!!!!!!!!

This is just unacceptable , any of those solutions are suiting me.
I ‘can’t rent a car (£50) again travel 2 hours take down the heavy table at 5 month pregnancy.
