We do not believe their TV channel, in our case when they advertise a real bargain it is never available. We will not be wasting anymore telephone calls. We have had their advert on the TVs, their sales agent on the phone at the same time and they still tell us that we are mistaken,the only mistake we have made is telephoning them in the first place!… Read Full Review

“They don't give you the Onboard credit they promise you ”

We had a very bad experience 2 weeks ago with this cruise agence (Cruise 1st); We book a cruise on their website that included onboard credit, but they didn't say how much. Once onboard, we didn't receive any OBC and we tried to contact them by email many many times, but they didn't respond....Not a serious company at all !....We will never book with them again… Read Full Review
