    My advice with Crown Kitchen & Bathroom Emulsion is to use a number of matchpots before choosing the paint, particularly if a match with an existing colour is required.     MY Yellowing ceiling still looked awful after 2 coats of B&Q Value, so I tried Crown Matt Emulsion( £10 for 10l special offer at B&Q). 2 coats later and it still looked poor, I think it was worse than the Value stuff. Finaly finished job with B&Q Trade..its good.I don't think Crown deserves t ...

    I do not recommend Crown Silk Emulsion. I found crown paint to lack opacity and it does not cover well. Somehow it seems to thin out after mixing. Needless to say I am not impressed with the product at all and I will not buy it again.

    I used Crown Matt Emulsion only last week to neaten up the spare room. I prepared the walls well, used my sander extensively and smoothed much inequalities.     Other rooms of our house had Dulux supermatt Magnolia which is shades different from the Crown Silk Emulsion, this is the only reason we reverted to Dulux. Can't fault the Crown emulsion for any other reason though.
