“All air and NO crisps”

I just opened a salt and vinegar bag of Walkers multibag and were surprised to find hardly any crisps, and what was in the packet were mainly crumbs.
I used to think Walkers had a good name for quality crisps but I'm afraid on this occasion I was very disappointed.
