I borrowed this book from my girlfriend as I needed something to read on my long train journey. I had not heard of the author James Patterson so didn't expect much apart from probably a chick flick novel. I was very surprised at how gripping the story line was. Michael Bennett the lead character who is a cop, his intense job,his 10 children without a mother. Wow, my mind was blown away.I did not put the book down the entire journey as I was intrigued as to what was going to happen next.I finished reading the book within 3 hours of starting it. I was well impressed with the read that I have become a fan of James Patterson and his books do not disappoint at all. My girlfriend and I now swap J.P. books and I am starting to have a little collection in the house. Well worth a read.
