@@ SERIOUS WARNING THEY SELL UR DETAILS TO DEBT COMPANIES @

Vanquis Visa/MasterCard are a company that offer very little customer satisfaction! they are ONLY contactable via phone to which they charge 10p per minute! this is terrible customer service to offer? IF you are a reputable company you should always offer an email/phone and NOT just a phone number forcing people to pay a premium rate where they gain a percentage of every call made!
I changed address with them and they asked for x2 utility letters from my new address and a signed letter stating i have moved and my 16 digit card number so they can locate me in their system, THIS however wasn't the case! after sending my sealed letter to them recorded delivery after TWO WEEKS i hadn't heard from them? So i called them and was shocked to find out my letter was no good? the agent on the phone had given me the wrong info? what i had to do (TAKE NOTE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS) is send x2 letters from my previous address & two letters from my new address (MUST BE UTILITY BILLS & ORIGINALS!) with a letter attached signed by you! and stating you have changed address from your old one to your new one! Also DO NOT include your 16 digit number on your credit card! you need the ridiculously long account number! it's about 20 digits?

ONE THING IVE JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT "VANQUIS" IS THAT REGARDLESS IF YOU LIKE IT OR NOT THEY PASS ALL YOUR DETAILS ONTO CREDIT AGENCIES OR DEBT COLLECTION COMPANIES!!! YOUR PHONE NUMBERS YOUR ADDRESSES!..THEY SELL YOUR DETAILS TO THESE VERMIN! IN THE PAST I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A MOBILE PHONE COMPANY WHO BREACHED MY CONTRACT AND I WENT INTO THEIR SHOP AND TOLD THEM AS IT WAS IN MY FIRST WEEK OF SIGNING FOR THE NEW MOBILE I WASNT HAPPY AND WANTED TO RETURN MY PHONE! THEY REFUSED AS I HAD SIGNED AND NOW HAVE HAD DEBT COLLECTION COMPANIES CHASING ME FOR A BLOODY PHONE? IVE JUST MOVED AND CHANGED NUMBER AND THANKS TO VANQUIS IVE HAD THIS DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY SEND ME LETTERS AND CALL MY HOME!!!! I AM GOING TO PAY THESE B/STARDS BACK THE £250 AND THEN CANCEL THE CARD!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
