I am sick to death of Tesco blocking my card due to security reasons.

Why can't they contact you first?

It always occurs on bank holidays or out of hours.
It is doing my head in and they should sort this problem out.

I am not the only one experiencing this problem.

I am thinking of moving to a different card.

Couldn't agree more. Putting petrol in car and booking a hotel for a weekend away = unusual spending. Would love to know what Tesco classify as "usual spending". Has happened too often, no confidence in the card so closing the account.
