Got a marbles card but shortly after I got the card I got into a bit of financial difficulty.
Not wanting to ruin my credit further I tried to work things out with this company. I wrote letter after letter which was ignored. Meanwhile they were adding charges on here there and everywhere putting me more and more over the limit
I then wrote to the company who supplies the cards and a woman from the company emailed me asking me to call her, she seemed very friendly in the email but when I talked to her on the phone she was extremely rude and callous
I offered to start making payments immediately provided she agreed to drop all the charges that had been added on which I thought was a fair offer
But oh no, she told me she was unwilling to do that and went on to tell me there were about to be even more charges added on
I told her as she was unwilling to drop the charges then I refuse to pay, after all it works both ways
