Had two declined payments using chip and pin, spoke to call centre who are very pleasant and helpful, but couldn't see a reason why it would happen.recently mislaid card and a new one is being sent to me, hopefully I won't have any more problems with using the chip and pin method,because I dont always have the alternate funds when declined .
Also changing the password on my ipad was a problem.staff again very helpful,but I could do with not havin to ring the call center every time I try to use the card.
