I ran into trouble paying bills and fell a few months behind. I got a job and called them and they asked me to schedule 3 automatic payments over the next three months to get caught up, which I did. The didn't specify that these were additional payments to go with the regular ones, and it made no difference to them when I did get caught up, they still kept my card in suspension, so the automatic payments were for their convenience only. I did everything they asked and then they left me hanging.
Also, the online account overview never indicated that they suspended my account. It showed on the actual statement but who cares? Why would I look at the statement when I haven't used the card in over a year, just made payments. The showed recent payments an available balance so I went to use the card and it didn't work!

Never use this card or this bank.
