They really are an awful company. Got all my details incorrect, lost my application half way though, I couldn't update my address details whilst still in the application phase so I am having to run the risk that my card and PIN en up going to a neighbour's flat instead.
I applied for the card for the 0% forex fees, but we are approaching 3 months since my first application and I still haven't got the card. I've already been on my 3 week trip to the US and come back. Completely useless. Avoid them at all costs.
