Barclaycard are pretty bad in the customer service department. You will get through to a foreign call centre, and be dealt with with someone with just a tiny grasp of English.

They will 90% of the time not understand what you are asking, but will blunder on and try to help you anyway often making matters worse.

Why oh why do large companies like this still try to save a few quid outsourcing their customer service to people who cannot communicate.

The website must be made on the cheap in the same outsourced fashion. It is often down, not working or doesn't display correctly.
