i applied for the initial visa as i had a 35% card with another lender as i was new to the credit scene. after 6 months of paying my balance in full i asked for a limit increase and they increased it.

with the increase i was able to close my other credit card and not over commited myself with other credit cards. 2 months later i was told i was eligable for another platinum card with them with the added bonus of the interest free period for purchases etc.

Thank you barclaycard the only card in my wallet that i trust.

call centre in india who cares these days as long as they deal with me politely and as a customer and not another £££££ for their company.
