Useless self serving company, jack up interest rates for long time customers who have never missed a payment.Look elsewhere as they will let you down. I have never been so disappointed with a company as a long term customer of over two years.

they did this to me it's called greed they are not happy making money from each transaction you make they either want you to get into dept and pay it off monthly or they don't want you. just dump them as i did and if enough people do they will get the message.

Same here,customer for 3 years with a limit of 5200,got a letter today saying the interest rate will rise from 29.9 to 37.9 on all past and present spending. I immediately appliedfor mbna card and was accepted for 3100 pound limit. Will do a balance transfer as the rates are 9.9 . Aqua won't get a penny of the extra rates. Terrible practice from them
