Tried to use my card at the cash point and purchase goods over the internet, my card would get declined and will constantly say contact issuer.
Tried to call customer helpline number more than once, they ask for my 16 digit number, they will then say we are transferring you, then it would take me to an a payment line.
I cannot get hold of them whatsoever, filled out a complaint on the website no one has got back to me.
NEED HELP!!!!!
