When my old card began to approach its expiry date no new card appeared before the date (as is the norm). I contacted the company (India!!)and the answer was that it would arrive in 4 -6weeks.The card failed to arrive and required further contacts to sort it. It did finally arrive but some time after the old card had expired. This led to some regular payments from the card failing, resulting in my being charged non payment fees by the various companies! The Asda card people were not interested in this. My current card expires soon so I am arranging to cancel payments from it and do them differently to save repeat of problems. So be warned - when your card expires expect a gap before the replacement arrives.
