I have to say I have being a member of Experian for many years and I have never received any help.
Today they have halved my credit rating and the reason they gave was because creditors changed their scoring.
I except policies change but when you pay for a services you expect to be help and informed Experian have known of this change for months but did not inform any of their customers this is a serious lack of customer care and I would not recommend anyone paying them to watch a arrow move up then suddenly drop and if you are a member and they ask for a review give the worse review possible
