They make it almost impossible to cancel free trial. I rang call centre a week before to cancel...but no confirmation. then sent email requesting cancellation before end of trial period. Then delays in them responding until AFTER free trial finished and now required extra questions answered why I was cancelling. Now state the process was not completed before end of free trial so I was charged the first month. I will have to reverse this at the bank.
Very intentional policy to avoid letting you out of free trial.
