Have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund to my account, I have phoned the company 3 times since I was first expecting payment, staff keep taking my details and say they have re-submitted the refund it will be with you in 3-5days. Now am I wrong in this but if I miss payments I get charged and you kindly put a black mark on my credit file? My reason for leaving your joke of a company was through repeated requests for a pin to view my report went unheard. And I am sure I has with the company longer that they are telling me so I'm off to the bank.
