It clearly states that you'll get a 30 day free trial and after they will actually take £14.99 per month from your account. This is what happens when stupid people don't read the terms and conditions first. The number is easy to get hold of, and also easy to cancel, you just have to remember to do it before they charge you.

the number is NOT easy to get a hold of.
1) You need to log in, search in the help section as it's buried in one of the sections, and
2) you need to call them during the day, and it won't be free from a mobile phone

I wrote to state I wanted to cancel after a few days (well within the 30 day trial period). I also phoned to confirm this. When I called I refused an extension to the free trial period and declined further products/services. Then forgot all about it, thinking I had done all that was required. Months later had a nasty shock to discover that they have been debiting my account with £14.99 per month. Now state the burden of proving I called to cancel is mine and I have to waste my personal and precious time reporting them to the FSO and OFT. I am neither an idiot, imbecile, nor disorganised. The 30 day free trial is only free when they follow instructions to cancel, which they did not.
