I requested a £2 statutory credit report and was told that this would be a one off charge, I had not signed up for the 30-day free trial, only gave card details to see the STATUTORY CREDIT REPORT, this was in December '12. Now, in April '13, I see that they've made me a member without the slightest bit of advice and have been charging me 14.99gbp per month for the privelidge ever since. I fail to see how a direct debit can be set up so easily without my consent...the banks are just as much to blame as the credit agencies.
Give Experian/Credit Expert a wide berth - having read through all of these reviews, I just wish I'd seen them pre-December, I genuinely thought that Experian were a reputable company...they and their affiliates have left a very nasty taste in my mouth.
What a joke.

You are one of many. Go to Moneyclaim.gov.uk - get recovery then go the FCA and ask them why they allow this rubbish.

Go to moneyclaim.gov.uk. Claim, inluding all your losses. then go to the FCA and ask them why they authorise this sort of behaviour. Also cancel mandate at your bank
