You will have to cancel this service several times before Experian actually stop taking money from you. A company with very poor ethics - the bosses are fully aware of, and even encourage, the customer services team's dishonest approach to cancellations. I hope that one day the FOS, an MP, or a strong compliance officer at Experian will bring this company into line.
