When trying to contact experian to change incorrect information they held on my company they provide no inclination on the site of how to do this and when looking a the contact us section provide a phone number (expensive 0844) but this is fully automated and totally unable to speak to a real person! The automated options only act as an FAQ re-directing you to the experian website, very poor. They don't even offer an online chat person.
They don't have any of the customer services that people expect. If you have a problem be prepared to send an email explaining the situation and receive a template response which doesn't address any of your issues.
Experian are just another example of companies who think it is OK to block customers from speaking to their staff to resolve problems, the internet is an additional means of helping your customers not an excuse to segregate your responsibilities.
Looking on here it appears there aren't many satisfied people either.
