Paid £2 for basic credit report. 3 weeks later, still No email or letter with online access code, as promised. Chased up, after 4 days have an email saying their sytem indicates they need more proof of identity, this , that and the other, and a copy of Drivers licence or passport, all of which I have to send by post. Ok I can see that this might be needed, but why not tell me up front ? And email me as promised ? not let me chase up. Ok, it was only £2 but they still have my money. As for the so called free report, if one signs up with a credit card... DON'T DO IT ! They just want your money. So, steer clear of this Agency, and any other for that matter , as why do you need a credit report anyway ? We have been frightened into it mostly by their reports of Identity theft etc.
