You can find hidden away a £2 option for the report. I would suggest this. The membership includes 7 of insurance..against what!? I didn't ask to buy insurance. I asked to buy a credit report.
Very frustrating Experian....Boom boom!
Additionally, I found even the £2 option a poor user experience. I would happily pay (as you used to) £5 for my instant full score and report when I want it. £15 a month...WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING experian. Plus its ironic, getting people to take on more monthly fees when they purport to help people out of debt (see creditreport.co.uk - it's supposed aim is to help you get control of your finances).
I will be looking elsewhere for an alternative.
Also... an online report that takes up to 5 days ...yes 5 days... before I can access it. Not exactly instant, as was advertised.
