1 star is too many to give, it should be big fat 0! I have recently applied for a basic bank account (yes, my credit is bad) and I have been declined because experian said to the bank that I am not registered in my electoral. I am, 2 days ago I have received a letter to vote and have even called my coucil to check if there is a mistake on their side. Looks like experian doesn't care that they ruin people's lives!!! stay away and appeal with your bank and asked them to use different credit checking comapnies.
