I went in to renew my membership - I guessed that I wouldn't get the free trial again - and got a shock when I saw it was £14.99! This looks to have doubled in price over the past few years.

Not only that, but at least £6.60 of this is for an insurance that I do not want or need - and you can't remove it.

I thought I would e-mail them for some feedback and couldn't find any contact details where I could send a free text e-mail on the site - just go into categories that did not apply. It must be somewhere, just really well hidden.

Absolute rubbish. Its a shame that there isn't a no star option on this review site, because thats what they would have got.
