“Disappointing and disgusting”

When you decide to cancel membership with this company (within a few days of registering) they only give you £6 membership back and not your full £14.99. They took the full money out of my bank account straightaway but will take 5 days to put the poorly insurance sum of £6 back.

Appalling company, rude staff, I have nothing good to say about this company. Unbelievable to think they can treat customers like this.

That sounds like an insurance cooling off - you wouldn't get the full amount for the membership as you would have used other features they provide. Because you're no longer covered for insurance you've paid for, they'll return that sum to you.
