I was turned down by LV Insurance to pay my car insurance by monthly debit even though i was already paying monthly to Direct Line this was based on an Experian search my circumstances have not changed since I took the DD one out . I cannot get through to a human being on the end of a phone and I refuse to sign up to a regular monthly ripoff charge of £15 they should be investigated they are just out to make money!
