I got a Credit Alert and followed the link. Logged in correctly but was told that there was a problem and I should try later. If I wanted I could phone or fax them at a cost of 5p per minute. I tried to log in later and found myself taken strait to the report I'd purchased a few months ago. Apart from the shock of getting there without any security check I tried to check the Alerts - Could not BUT I could edit my personal information.
They say they have 28 days to respond to my complaint (which means I'm at risk) plus the FSA says complain to the ombudsman who says complain to the firm first.
I'm cancelling my payment and complaining to my MP. Shocking that consumer protection in this country actually protects incompetent "Providers"
If you were going to use these people DON'T!
