I contacted equifax after being denied credit fo a new mobile phone only to find that they had 4 years of missing information. This means that I am unable to buy and iphone from T-mobile!!
I downloaded a subsequent report from experian which was completely up to date and accurate and gave me a 997 excellent credit score as opposed to 313 from equifax.
Absolutely disgusting that large companies rely on this information to protect them , when it must be costing them Millions, T-mobile lost over £1000 worth of business with just one customer, just imagine the true extent!!
