After signing up and paying £2 for my credit review, I then wanted to cancel within 30 days as is my right.
There is no cancellation option on the website, my correct username and password did not work on the contact us page (surprise - after 5 attempts), and the phone line has you on hold for ages.

DO NOT USE EQUIFAX!
