I completed the online form only to be informed I needed to contact an 08 number.
This was a big mistake, operator hard to understand as based in Philippians, ignores what you say and repeatedly asks the same questions some of which can go back 5 or 10 years e.g state date you took out loan or credit card.
As I work in IT I appreciate the need to check security and I'm confident that I provided more than enough data, but still she asked for more including questions already answered more than once.
Asked to speak to a supervisor and put on hold, no one available or willing to take call. Asked to be transferred to a UK call center told they couldn't do that as no one available.
Should have checked sites like this first and saved 30 minutes on the phone.
Customer service, they don't know the meaning of the word.

My experience was exactly the same - so much so that I actually took time out to try and raise a complaint - a thing i would never normally do! Customer service is non-existent, had to repeat information over and over again - despite having entered it online before speaking to the agent - seemed like i was going round in circles -- a total waste of 30 mins of my time! I see on their website there is no email address where complaints can be sent.....wonder why? `
