I have used creditsafe for 3 years and too be honest not had any problems however today I have and to say im fuming is an understatement, I received a call from [name removed] apparantly from customer services not from the sales department which I very much doubt!!! asking about our renewal which is up March 2013 I informed her that my co director would deal with that call him back monday, she then called my receptionist asked for his email and then blocked our account!!!!

I then had to wait 20 minutes to get back through to [name removed] to ask her why she had blocked our account and she informed me she thought there was there was a problem with the account when it was purely because she could not get through to my co director today regarding the renewal!!! I must say I did wipe the floor with her however I will now not be renewing in March, Does anyone know any other companies I could try instead? It also seems by these reviews that they price to suit there never seems to be a set price!!!
