So I used credit expert from the days of £5.99, then went upto £6.99, then £7.99 and now the rip off £9.99. I cancelled before the £9.99 kicked in, for the following reasons:

1) it has hardly changed in the last 6 years except they have now smothered it with advertising. These people are raking in the cash.
2) they won't change or investigate things thoroughly. They take creditors word against yours and case closed. No matter what you pay, these people work for creditors and never will for you.
3) it takes months for anything to change, and even that takes a lot of time and effort

Basically. At £5.99 that is pricey but I can live with it whilst fixing a credit file. Anything more, no way is it worth it. But what adds insult to injury is if you go back on the site to join, they now only offer £14.99 a month and FORCE fraud cover on you. Seriously, stick with the £2 copy and get that every 6 months. There is no benefit to be had in using this service.

What is needed here is government intervention, because these people control our credit data and to be honest, that scares me.
