I'm pretty fed up with this company. I signed up four months ago and after repeated emails - never received my pin code (which is meant to be received within 5 working days from the start of the scheme), they've never stopped the direct debit to resolve my complaint either.
They are meant to help those who have no / poor credit scores, and all they are doing is racking up a profit from others misfortune!
