I couldn't upgrade my bank account so I tried Experian to find out why. A company has put 3 late payments on my credit report. The late payments were not late. This is one of the companies that receives the cheque then sends it back to you then says they didn't receive the payment. They also never told me that they would be putting anything on my credit report.

After reading about how credit reports work I found out that the company illegally put bad marks on my credit report.

I explained everything to Experian and all they said was to ask the company about removing it. The company didn't want to know and the illegal info is still there. Experian were literally no help in any way.

Once I cancelled the trial with Experian I then started getting loads of spam about my credit report. Some act as though it's exciting that I've had 2 credit checks and other spam e-mail put things like warning in the title. All spam e-mail has something to do with Experian and ALL e-mails say 2 credit checks, never a different number it's always 2.
