Signed up for a trial and decided to cancel before it finished. Thought it would be better to do so via phone instead of email. I rang them up only to be answered by a stuck up advisor who had no manners whatsoever. He asked me why I'm cancelling it to which I replied I was just checking out the service. Then he's like but WHY are you cancelling it so I said look I've been out of work for some time and as much as I hate living on benefits, I have no choice and to be frank I can't afford your ridiculous payments of £14.99 a month. I said I was interested in seeing what my score was as I opened a new bank account for myself because I was sick of the service with my old one. Why did I even bother explaining myself to him, he's not my dad! Anyway, after all that his tone changed completely and he started rambling on about some basic service which costs only £7.99 and in between his long speech all I said was "Ok' that's fine" and he comes out with "I haven't finished what I was saying!!". I'm like mate, does it look like I'm bothered?! Talk about a bad attitude... how about next time you stick your credit report somewhere less convenient....
