I recently signed up for a 30 day trial and they took 14.99 in january after being with them for 20 days, when i called them at 5p a minute they said they had no record of money being taken out of my account. I have contacted my ombudsamn and he is dealing with the matter if your having the same problem contact the ombudsamn you can find him by simply googling him.
