everything went very smoothly with our stay in barcelona. the waytostay website was very clear and all communications with the company were very fluid. the flat we rented was perfect for our group. the apartment manager went out of the way to adapt arrival and departure times to our needs. definitely an experience to be repeated. We have listed our apartment on WayToStay for several years. They get more bookings for us than all other sites we advertise on put together. We are delighted with the occupancy rate they achieve. Their staff are polite and professional , and all communications are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. I have listed my apartment at WayToStay since 4 years and I'm very happy with the occupancy rate they assure. I like the expeditious and smooth way the reservations are sent to me, by text message to my cell phone and by email. The contact with the representatives of WayToStay was always friendly and any doubt I might have had was promptly clarified. Way to Stay is much more than an online booking system. It´s a back-office with a dedicated team of professionals which are always ready to listen and advise me on the best options! Alles was prima geregeld, vriendelijke ontvangst en een heerlijk verblijf in een comfortabel en schoon appartement, zeer centraal gelegen in een leuke buurt van Barcelona en gunstig geprijsd.
