Ads 6 rooms. Only 5 rooms can be opened. And only 4 rooms to be occupied. Aircond not functioning.
Aircond is spoilt at living room.
Gas for cooking is empty.
Roof top not cleaned. Plates/cups/pillow/blanket all still on rooftop after the last tenant.
Cleaner not doing their job. Management didn't check.
Blame us for cheating the Aircond is spoilt. (We are not on the trip to cheat on you, we have better things to do!)

Inform PIC, arranged technician & delivery on the day we checkout.
Meaningless. No point. Insincere.
No compensation for below standard facilities and services as ads/promised.

Very disappointing!
