“need to be inspected regularly regarding cleanliness...”

We are just back from spending three weeks in Gemelos 26 apartment. The apartment we were in was 15d and was a lovely apartment which was not being cleaned properly. We had to clean the apartment when we arrived. Dust everywhere, even washing machine was covered in dirt. There was plenthy of bed linen which was delivered weekly but no one came in to clean. The maids just handed over bed linen and towels. It is obvious that this aprtment is not being regulary inspected for cleanliness.... (read more)

“Why have a winter break.”

It was very easy to book the holiday and we enjoyed the winter sunshine.There were some very good singers doing their bit at the Palladium. Everything went smoothly for us. All in all it was good to get away from the bad weather for a bit. (read more)

stayed here for a week and thouroughly enjoyed it, bearing in mind that the red lion and rockys are close at hand so not really suitable for familys with kiddies, otherwise great, great location very secure and spacious (read more)

“don miguel 1 apartment on the 14th floor.”

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days. We were not expecting it to be as new and clean as it was. The photographs on the website do not reflect the standard of this beautiful apartment. The views of the entire length of the Levante Beach were just stunning. Most of the apartment had been refurbished and most things looked new. Absolutely would recommend these apartments to anyone going to benidorm, they're not luxury and don't expect it but they are fantastic!!! Secure clean and excellent location right in the middle if the old and new town and next to huge supermarket!!! Staff did not speak much English but were helpful and friendly when approached, the pool is quite small and we never spent any time there as the beach was so close, 20 min walk max! Think kids may find pool area a bit boring as it is what it is,... (read more)

“Great apartment, great location”

The apartment was great. There was four of us sharing and originally thought that sharing a bathroom would be a problem, but it wasn't. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. The location is great as its in the heart of the old town and only a five minute stroll from the beach. On the downside, equipment in the apartment was quite basic and the beds were not very comfortable. Having said that, it would not stop me from booking this apartment again. (read more)

APARTMENTS TORRE LEVANTE were very well located central on the beach front levante end. the apartments were spacious but lacked basics i.e kettle, toaster. also during the two week stay we never had a cleaner once no clean towels or bed linen. the keys we were given for the apartment were wrong we could not get in the entrance on the first night as they gave us the wrong key, so we had to walk 15mins back to the agent the next day to get a new key. I had the best time in Benidorm. Benidorm Apartments were so helpful and efficient. When I called them they very helpful and called back when they said they would. Would defiantly recommend them. In fact we are all booking Benidorm through them again next year. (read more)

“from bad to worse”

I have booked appts with hotels abroad many times in the past and I have add no reason to complain until now! Appt was fine, staff were appauling,! we had to pay 150 euros on arrival for keys! option no cash no keys! getting cash back was a problem as we left early monday a.m notices said collect it two days prior, when we we tried to we was told ask tomorrow! Sunday morning came but all notices were changed by emergency bloke, who when he was called by the person running bar next door... (read more)
