Ordered a Louis sleigh cotbed in white (paid £379 for bed and mattress), bed arrived damaged had a hole right through one of the sleigh ends. Rang them to ask for replacement cot - they said that they don't replace the whole item just the parts that are damaged. I asked for both cot ends to be replaced as I was not happy with the chipped and bubbling paint work in the joins. They agreed to replace the parts - after about 6 chase up calls to find out when they were actually going to arrive and them telling me one day then changing it and arguing with me that I had got confused with the dates (I most certainly had not!) they eventually arrived - too my disapointment they too were shocking quality - bubbly paint work in the corners and joins, screw holes drilled twice in the same area where they had obviously made a mistake, wonky tutti bambini label, gaps were the bed doesn't come together properly, and a crack in one of the bed ends. DO NOT buy from this company, very disappointed with the quality and the service.
