I never write reviews but our holiday was just so bad. just came back from perran sands,hired a private caravan which was lovley as the lady who owns it cleans it herself no faults with that so glad didn't book with heaven to go in one of there caravans after seeing how rude staff was there, staff was so rude towards children, didn't have time for them (especially the females) after paying £120 for passes to go in the pool twice and in the club once as entertainment was so boring and they didn't no what they were doing half the time, everythink else you had to pay for, didn't have a family cart to hire so had to hire 2 bikes for 4 of us, the family bike was £10 and 2 bikes cost £14, was there fault the family bike was broke but didn't offer us 2 bikes for the same cost as a family bike. came back a day early as we couldnt wait to get away from there, weve been on a lot of holidays and never experienced nothing like PERRAN SANDS, will never go to a haven again as was the first and will be the last time, how the hell do these get a 4 star rating I will never no!!!!

i have to agree with some of the comments on here about the park as we holidayed there some 3 years ago and was not impressed at all, but returned there this summer haven have just spent big upgrading the park two fantasic brand new restarunts not serving up the normal holiday park slop , fresh court crab, fish, and some great daily specals a fantastic bbq and roskillys ice cream parlour , i found staff to be helpful and very friendly , i cant say about the haven accomation as we booked a private owned caravan at havencaravans was a top of the range and very well equipt with all we could need

While staying at Perransands,My family and I had a great time. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was great and we was lucky with the weather. The caravan was clean and tidy and we spent most nights in the club where there was always something going on. I got to say a big thank you to the security staff for looking after my daughter after she fell and hit her head. They really calmed her down while others made her smile and it was not long before she was running round again. Over all a good holiday and we hope to come back next year.

Rabbit skull in cup, dirty un made beds, rude and unhelpful staff.broken curtain rails. Hair in the beds from previous occupants and no help from customer service. Caravan not as nice as described online. Would not recommend to any one

Where do I start entertainment very much the same each night very boring! Caravan we had was a deluxe pfffttt mouldy curtains,smelly carpets, mold on walls and corners! Shabby all round! Food over priced! Really not worth the £799 I paid for a week! Only one of the four singers could sing an dance the others were wooden! Will not be returning!

this was our first holiday at heaven. not to be repeated.the first thing that hits you on entering the chalet is the smell, damp and musty. then you notice the overall shabbiness,tatty sofas,doors that don't close properly bathrooms with broken tiles,broken and cracked toilet seats. don't expect to take your clothes out of the bags as the wardrobes are damp.if you are in a dog friendly cabin expect fleas,dog hairs everywhere and in our case a distinctive smell of dog pee in the living room. the grill did not work and the kettle leaked. the whole cabin was filthy, excrement in the toilet.dog hairs and fleas in every room,very little hot water for baths/showers,dirty pillows and linen,we ended up buying sleeping bags- i do not believe it had been cleaned for our arrival!the staff clearly were used to these complaints and well rehearsed in there excuses.everything on this site other than the swimming pool was geared to take as much money from the customers as possible,we left two days early and i was not prepared to let it rest. i contacted heaven by letter and 1 month later had received a reply to the likes of,other people have stayed and loved the site- sorry for the few problems you alerted us to we were glad we were able to sort them out blah blah fob off...my advice to ANYONE going to this site is take a camera and photo EVERYTHING! keep a detailed record of all problems and notify the manager instantly - do not let him fob you off.the more people who complain about this site sooner or later they must start to take notice and eventual invest in it.However i would like to point out the following year we went to the Cleethorpes Heaven site and absolutely loved it!!so it goes to show it might not be Heaven as a whole - just this particular site suffering from neglect.

I am the customer that doesnt normally write reviews, good or bad. The customer who has a bad experience but doesnt complain, I just walk away quitely and never repeat the experience.

Until now....I read the reviews on this site before I left to go on our trip to Perransands and the bad reviews really stressed me out! I even had a back up plan for me, my wife and two young children to move out from our caravan straight into a local hotel if the accomodation was in anyway poor.

We paid an upgrade to get a new 2011 caravan (this is a must at only £5 extra per night!)We were given a 2007 caravan with no water facilities that was a smaller caravan than we had booked. You can check how old the caravan is by checking the date on the main gas appliance/boiler (this tells you when the gas was commissioned.)

I went straight to reception. No drama. Explained I wanted a new caravan. We were given a free upgrade to a brannd new caravan that was immaculate and only commissioned two weeks earlier. The staff were very professional.

All staff members we came across were very friendly. The site was spotless. But why would you stay on the site as Perran Porth is fantastic, the beach is one of the best I have ever been to. You will read about the long walk back from the beach on the site, but why bother as you can drive to the same beach in Perran porth in less that 5 minutes.

There is a Morrisons only 7 miles drive from the site. And some wonderful swimming pools with large flumes and great life gaurds at some local holiday parks that you can take a quick drive to that are very well priced (just check on the internet before you go).

i loved the place i would go there again and me and my family loved it amasing staff was very helpful.

arrived on march 28th monday to friday break ,the park had just opened, had a nice time thow it could of bin better i agree of some of what the other reveiw said about the late night disco and the drinks as that happened to us tuesday being the worse, my husband and dad just bought a drink just befour 11pm
then was told time at the bar please hurry up with your drinks and go as they were closeing. which we wasnt happy about but was told it was quite and wasnt worth staying open,we also thought the entertainment team were extreamly loud evernings especally the blonde girl, dan was are fav, very helpfull and kind.caravan was fab loved it, and we would go back again maybe when there is warmer weather.lovley part of cornwall there is all diffrent ways to get to the beach if you have got buggys there is a bus stop on camp plus a little train that gos around the park, happy hoildays
